Will saying hey

I have to say this is my second stint on MFP- In 2012 I lost 45 lbs and went from 210-165.. Im 5/10, 54 yrs old. I was able to keep most of it off till the fall of 2014( I was 184 then) and I stopped exersizing and watching what i ate- and boom- by August 31st I was back at 2015.
So I got back on the MFP bus and Im back at 169 now- and wanting to stay this way.
Anyway- thanks for letting me share and feel free to friend me if you like.
