Have you ever made a meal out of 100 calorie snack packs?

I really need to go grocery shopping but it's cold and I'm lazy so I didn't. All I have in the house are 100 calorie snack packs so I had that for dinner. I wound up eating a ton of calories and am still hungry! Lesson learned, preparation is key!!

No, but I did eat cake and m&m's as "dinner" for my son's birthday. We had lunch and then everyone came over for cake and by the time I was done I had eaten all of my calories so I skipped dinner. I was hungry, but doing that once isn't a big deal.0

Hells yeah I have - I love those things. I almost always have two. I will have one, then enjoy a lot of water and slowly enjoy a second pack. They don't cure my hunger, but they do satisfy my cravings.
I've moved onto the Belvita(sp) bites - the chocolate ones are really good and very filling. I will have a bag at work for lunch and some water and it's just a good energy boost. Worth the cost for sure.0 -
No, but I had pepperoni, cheese and crackers for breakfast the day after Christmas! It happens, all we can do is learn from it and move on.0

One of my quick inexpensive but filling meals is egg drop soup. If cooking for 1. 2 c water, 1 tsp chicken soup base, 1/2 c celery finely chopped. 1 tsp dried minced onion. Cook until celery is soft. bring to boil. Stir in 1 egg ( stirred so yolk and white are mixed. Thicken with 1 tbsp. cornstarch. Not many calories but yummy. You can also have a salad on the side.0
