So, I lost 120 pounds using My Fitness Pal from 2011 to 2013. Since losing the weight, I have completely changed my life! I was unhappy with many things up to 2013 and in 2014, so many changes have happened! Basically, I was 322 pounds when I started my journey with MFP, I have lost 120 pounds and thought I would share my story through pictures!

In 2011: I reached 322 pounds and decided enough was enough, I would lose weight! So here was me in 2011:

In 2013 I reached my goal of losing 120 pounds!

Then in the new year of 2014, I left an unhappy life behind me, with a determination to find myself again and to be happy again! So I started off with changing my image, forgive the cringe worthy selfies but after 10 years of staring at a 322 pound guy, I found it quite weird!


After 13 years of long hair, gone!

Then in 2015 I decided to work with animals instead of accounts!

But found myself going back to the office, however working on my fitness goals which were to try and tone up after so much weight loss, this has proven more difficult than losing the weight but maintaining is the priority

I looked back from my first picture to the below picture and realised that not just an obvious change in weight but also in general happiness, I was so miserable at 322 pounds and my life at that time, and today, with my partner, our dog, little house and career, I am content and looking back at the guy in the first picture, I struggle to remember all the negatives, which is a good thing!
