Late night snacks...

Hi Fitness Pals....Does anyone have any healthy snacking suggestions for after dinner as I can't seem to not snack. Also I need at least one carb snack like crackers from Trader Joe's....any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks - Curtis

    What's working for me right now is making a protein powder based smoothie. It's under 200 calories, fills me up, and tastes like dessert. Throw in some frozen fruit, water and ice cubes, and it's like a milk shake.

    I log ahead for an evening snack, since I seem to really need one. Usually whole grain rice cakes with almond butter and a glass of unsweetened Silk cashew milk, only 25 calories a cup.

    I have lindt 90% chocolate, 2 squares, or seasoned almonds. I like the smokehouse ones the best. Sugar free Jello with a little whip cream is an option too.

    Air popped popcorn.
    I like it with Buffalo Wing Sauce sprinkled on it, or grated parmesan cheese.
