Lost motivation, but now I'm back to MFP!

I have always been pretty active. I've been going to the gym frequently since I got out of high school. With MFP I got down to 124 pounds. But the last couple years I haven't been as focused and dedicated and I am now the heaviest I've ever been. I struggle with finding motivation and a good fitness plan that will work for me. At 5'6" my current weight is 165 pounds. It's crazy to think I've gained 40 pounds and I'm pretty disappointed that I let all my hard work go down the drain. But it's time to get into it again and I'm happy to be back!
