New to this! Looking to lose weight.

I began the week weighing around 232lbs. As of this morning I am down to 229.6lbs. My goal is to be back at the weight I was in high school, which was 210-215lbs. Just want to say I feel proud of myself for accomplishing what I already have this week and can't wait to see what I can lose by next Friday. ROLL TIDE!!
