Skipping lunch?

I got a question for my friends here. (Add me I need fiends lol)
This last couple of days every time I take my lunch break to go do a work out, I find that I'm not hungry at all and skip lunch. I forced myself to eat a little something(today just an ounce of sunflower seeds) in between my work outs just because I think I need it. But do I really need it? Should I force myself to actually eat lunch after a work out even if I'm not hungry? Or is it ok just to wait until dinner time and save the calories?

Eat when you are hungry. Saving the calories for dinner is a great idea.

you should hit your calorie targets...the actual timing doesn't matter.0

Ok. That's what I want to hear. I rather save those calories for dinner so I can splurge a little.

As has been said already, doesn't matter really when you consume your calories, just that you consume them, and hit your protein goal.0
