So it's been over a year that I've been on mfp! I'm back again and I'm ready to take charge of my fitness, I want to shed weight and build lean muscle, I'm looking for friends to keep me motivated and vice versa! Feel free to add me! Let's do this together! My goal is to lose 30 lbs by summer, my body tells me that sounds unreal but my minds telling me "Katie don't give up again"

    Aim for leaner body until summer! Weight might not be the best way to track it since you want to lose fat and gain more lean muscles.
    You might not lose 30 lbs by summer, but you can definetely get your body toned up!

    You can do it girl! Summer is 6 months away and 30lbs is a more than healthy target in my opinion. Keep it up! <3
