ONE WEEK DONE!

Hi!

I'm quite new to MFP. Today marks one week of calorie counting! I haven't exercised as much as I want, and I am going to weigh myself on Friday at the gym (bc i would make myself crazy if i kept a scale in the house!) I'm pretty excited to see if I made any progress.. I took some "Before" pictures with hopes in a few months my before and afters will be as inspirational as everyone elses! Any words of encouragement or tips are always appreciated!

    Welcome to MFP! I'm fairly new too. I only started counting calories about a week and a half ago, but the results so far are amazing! You'll do great! Feel free to add me! We can motivate each other!! :)
