Healthy snack ideas

Help! I really want to lose 30 pounds. I am pretty good with healthy meals, but does anyone have suggestions of healthy snacks!

Also, what are some meals that are really filling and satisfying to you? I'd love some ideas on that too!

Snacks...greek yogurt, turkey pepperoni and cheese, banana with PB2, rice cakes, carrots and hummus, hard boiled eggs, unsweetened applesauce, oatmeal, air popped popcorn, pretzels, sugar free pudding/jello cups with a dab of whipped cream on top (makes a nice dessert).

As for meals, I make a little bit of everything. Stuffed peppers (I use ground turkey and quinoa) are really filling! Wonton "cupcakes" - you can do all types of versions - chicken parm, chicken cordon bleu, turkey reuben, etc, options are endless. We do mini pizzas on bagel thins that almost trick my need for pizza ;)

Snacks: Greek yogurt mixed with frozen berries and protein powder; banana/egg pancake; apple slices dipped in Greek yogurt mixed with proyein powder; tuna packet; celery and tuna; cottage cheese and salsa; leftovers; handful of almonds; side salad; half a cucumber and a tomato.

2 scrambled eggs, 1 activia yogurt, 3 slices of turkey bacon, is what I would usually eat for a snack. Low calories and keeps me full. The eggs and turkey bacon provides a good source of protein, yogurt provides carbohydrates and fats. Not the greatest snack but thought I share. If you are still looking for healthy snack ideas, I recommend you check out the Bikini model cookbook, it has lots of low calories recipes.
