What pops out to you that you've prepared that just "hit the spot"

Homemade pizza.... Using flatout bread-wrap, light mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, a couple sliced olives, turkey pepperoni, red onions, and sweet peppers!

Now I'm drooling! LOL.... I think I will make this for dinner tonight ;0)

Just had pasta salad - Barilla whole wheat rotini with tomato, cucumber, orange and yellow pepper, celery, fresh mushrooms and sliced turkey - all with Olde Cape Cod fat free balsamic dressing. Yummo and colorful too on a dreary rainy summer day.

Reading all these food suggestions made me hungry so I just made a quesadilla with on plain flour tortilla, dairylea light triangle, a slice of lean ham and a small amount of grated cheddar. Yum and all for under 250 cal.
