Hi friends, has anyone tried Incredio shake it has 24g protien and 25 essential nutrients. I Am willing to buy want to know your reviews.

    Meal replacement shakes are a waste of money and the opposite of what you want to do when you're trying to lose weight. Liquid calories are not filling and not satisfying. They will end up leaving you hungry. Eat whole foods.

    Why not go to your local store and see what kind of protein shakes they have? It would save you a ton of money instead of buying things off internet sites.
