Need breakfast ideas

I get up early during the week and my lunch hour isn't until 2:30 which I do as dinner since I get home after 7pm needing to be able to feel full

    amys frozen meals. they make low calorie and low sodium ones. they keep me satisfied for HOURS and i never go over my calories if i eat one for breakfast with some tea :)

    In general, eat a moderate portion of healthy protein, increase healthy fats, and keep carbs really low. I like shredding a zucchini and half a red onion, cooking it all in coconut oil, and scrambling a couple eggs into it. Or heat up some fresh salsa with olive oil, then scramble a couple eggs into that, then add half an avocado to your plate.

    Three to four hours after breakfast, snack on something like shelled pumpkin seeds, or almonds. That'll get you to your next meal. For me, it takes the edge off so that I don't make a stupid decision while my blood sugar is low and I'm super hungry.
