    Wow. Amazing transformation. We done on the weight SOS, and on finding yourself in the process. They are both tough journeys.

    Nicely done! I love stories that include weight loss (obviously) but also finding happiness. There is a quote on the wall in my office gym that says happiness is not a goal, but a byproduct of taking good care of yourself. Congratulations on managing both!

    You can see the progression of your happiness in the pictures! I think those transformations are my favorite. You can see the physical change easily but when you can see a change in the way they feel and how they look at life it means even more! Congratulations on many changes!

    Good Work!!! Keep up the healthy habits. Working with animals, even as a volunteer, is a good thing. I retired 12/31/2013 from my own Residential Appraisal practice. Now I spend 2-3 hours a day, 3-4 days a week working at the Animal Foundation. Good exercise, good vibes, lots of happy hairiness.
