well... I'm not really new but I haven't used the site for six months. last time I used the site I lost 30 pounds, but as soon as I stopped I gained it all back. I went back to the way I used to eat. it has been very depressing but I'm ready to learn from it and try again. so here I am. I'm ready to feel good again!:smile:

    Hey U!! I just joined this site as well :smile: Welcome back !! So, sounds like you lost weight before so you can totally do it again!! :wink: And...seems like there is a lot of support on this site that is pretty awesome:happy:
