Not new but I'm back.

Hello, not a newbie but I'm back on track. Started my journey again in October but struggle with diet. I have been getting to the gym at least 3 times a week, 5 on a good week. I could really use some friends that are active on the app on a regular basis so I can look to you guys on my less motivated days. Feel free to send me an invite. Only 7 lbs to my first goal.

    Back as well. I've used other apps as well, but came back to MFP. More complete without all the weird gimmicky crap. Focusing on adding in better habits and getting stronger. :smile:

    I diagnosed diabetic and I need lots of help. I'm also a travel nurse living in a hotel with a small refrigerator and microwave.
