So I'm starting p90x on Monday (I hope I can stick with it) and I wanted to know about your personal experiences with it and the results you have achieved. Please let me know!

I'm in Week 4 now and here are my results so far...
(21 days in...)
Weight - DOWN 4.4lb
Chest - DOWN 0.5"
Waist - DOWN 1.25"
Stomach - DOWN 1.25"
Hips - DOWN 0.75"
Thigh - DOWN .25"
Calf - SAME
Bicep - SAME

You won't be disappointed. If you can stick with it you'll see some great. I did for about 2 weeks and I started seeing changes to my physic, I was very happy... the only reason I couldn't stick with it is because the workouts are too long. I have a pretty busy lifestyle (f/t school and 2 p/t jobs) so it was difficult to do it every day. I still do the yoga regular.
Have you tried Insanity? The workouts are not as long compared to P90X.

I've done a lot of the p90x workouts and they are awesome. I have never finished the program, though. I have seen a lot of good results on youtube. You should look there. Good luck!0

I also have done P90X and the workouts are awesome! It was a challenge for me to complete the entire program, but I do include it in my workouts.

I am on the final week of the program. I don't have my final stats. But last time I checked I was down 15 lbs. Lost about 3-4 inches around my stomach. I have day 1 and day 60 pictures up on my profile page. And will have day 90 up soon. It's a phenomenal program. You have to stick with it and push play everyday.0

I did P90X and finished 5 weeks ago. I am now doing Insanity. I did not lose a ton of weight (I am at my goal weight), but my body definitely became leaner. I am in jeans I wore when I was in law school, pre-baby. There was a time when I could not get those jeans about my thighs. Good luck. If you stick with it, you'll love the results.0

Do the Classic version not the Lean. The program was designed as the Classic version and that is where you'll get your best results. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LIFT WEIGHTS!0

What he said. I am on day 17 and I am already seeing great results in that amount of time. I have worked out for over 14 years and have never experienced this many changes so quickly. It is the perfect program since it takes the uncertainty out of it. All you have to do is follow it and finish it and you can't fail.0 -
I finished in March. I got lazy about tracking results but photos don't lie! It's an amazing program. Just do your best. If you miss a day or whatever, get right back on track and don't over-think it. I've just started round 2, I love it!0
