Hi everyone, My name is Mary and I am in need of support to lose 50 pound. My start weight is 206 and I want to get down to 145. I am not calling it a diet. I am calling it a plan to eat healthier and exercise.

    I'm trying get to around 150 as well. My starting weight was 222. You can do this! Take it one day at a time.
