Hey there MFP community!

Ive had the app for a while, but used it for a calorie counter. Now I figure its time to reach out to some people for motivation and consistency. Ive lost a total of 180 lbs and have maintained it through, jiu jitsu, MMA, swimming and weightlifting. While Im reasonably active I still have alot of goals to reach, specifically weightweightlifting wise. Talk to me and lets motivate each other!
