Hey everyone, I just started my health and fitness program about three days ago. I'm doing okay on the eating better portion, as for the working out, I have'nt done that since day one. Its too cold to jog, too expensive to join a gym! Does anyone have any ideas on how to get motivated about exercising at home? It would be a great help!

Hi and welcome tweetyc!
there are lots of things you can do at home.
if you want to spend a couple of bucks, you can buy
resistance ropes and do all kinds of resistance based
training. Or for about 40 bucks you can buy a mini
stair stepper. Or you can grab some aerobics videos
and do those in the house. Lots of stuff you can do without leaving
the comfort of home. Best of luck.0 -
A balance ball is a lifesaver!!!! You can perform an entire workout- cardio and strength training- workout with it. A definite investment! If you'd like any ideas for exercises, let me know! I have a ton for the ball!0
