Hi all,

I am diagnosed with PCOS and thyroid underfunction and i am taking pill to maintain my TSH to the normal level. I am worried as I am 30 and would like to have baby soon but my period is not coming (already 4 months now). Unlike most others, I am skinny almost my whole life and no weigh problem.

I wonder if any of you have advice (like good food receipt for PCOS or what kind of exercise is best) which maybe can help me to get my regular period back..my goal is to use natural method (like diet, exercise..) instead of taking pill to maintain my period or my TSH...

Looking forward to hear from you all soon :)

I've strugged w pcos and what always helps me stay away from pills is when I start eating like I have diabetes sounds odd but with out bodys having insulan issues get helps I've been doing the gi diet by Rick gallop it's amazing with this and min 4 days/ week weights and cardio have helped me with my periods. I went a year without it and know I've never missed one

I was just diagnosed with PCOS too and I'm 24, but I'm the total opposite. I've done nothing but blow up within the last two years with a missing cycle for that long too. Learning that I have PCOS I was also told I have T2D they have me on medication to help with symptoms from both health issues. What's helped me get better educated with everything was joining the soul cycster forum.
