Hey there!

My name is Racheal, long time successful user UNTIL (bum bum buuuum) I got unexpectedly PREGNANT! It's time to work on losing baby weight! My son is now 4 months old and I am comfortable going on walks with him. My other issue is I'm breast feeding and I'm starving all the time (or feel like it) and I cave in to every hunger pang. My goals are to lose about 50lbs, increase my water intake, reduce going out to eat, reduce processed food, and work out 3-4x a week 20+ minutes. And most of those work outs will be my son and I going for walks.

Add me, I could use the support!!!

It's normally recommended (from what I've seen) to not eat at too much of a caloric deficit when breast feeding. It is recommended to stay between 1,500 to 1,800 calories to maintain your milk so you may not be able to follow MFP exactly until you stop that.

    Good luck to you.

Yeah, I've done research! Thank you! I plan to stay around 1500+ although my diary says 1480. I work at a factory and will be wearing a pedometer so my calories will fluctuate. (:
