It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on calories. Here are some healthy options for weight gain.

Why would you remove the ingredient that makes milkshakes taste delicious? That should be a crime...0 -

Yes it definitely helps, I myself use Mutant Mass Shake. 1,000 Calories a serving, I use it as the extra calorie I need for goal daily calories. Protein shakes/Milkshakes also very good for extra Calories.0

I drink Ensure Plus it's suppose to help maintain/gain weight but doesn't do a damn thing for me in my journey of gaining weight. It tastes good depending on the flavor, maybe adding sugar will help0

If you aren't gaining then adding calories can help but just eat a little bit more. Enusre is fairly expensive for what you get. If you really want to use a shake for gaining then a weight gainer is pretty much the same thing but will be cheaper per serving. I just never recommend weight gainers because it's a fairly useless product in my view i.e. it's just cheap calories.0
