Hello all, I'm Jess. I am looking to lose 100-115lbs. I lost 30lbs last year using MFP but gained it all back. This week I've lost 5lbs so I'm off to a good start. I am looking for motivational friends who will help me stay on track and be a good support system. I don't have any friends in real life so that could be nice too. I also struggle with an eating disorder and alcoholism so my journey will be a long one. Looking forward to being under 200 by this summer so I go to the beach! Much love to you guys. Add me!

Hey Jess, that's awesome you've decided to take a step towards personal health! I had a bit of an alcohol problem in the past as well as a EDs for years. It's kinda something that sticks in the back of your mind but I've really been able to quiet it down this past year. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself- this is the only body you're going to have so make sure you give it the love and attention it deserves.
