Looking for a workout routine for the gym

I'm a 41 year old male who's about 30 lbs overweight. Just joined my local gym and struggling with what to do. Right now I lift weights for 30 minutes and then ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I do this 1 hour routine 4 days per week.
Looking for the optimal workout routine to lose fat. Not looking to bulk up. I can be at the gym for 60-90 minutes, 4-5 times per week.
Would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
PS- I know diet is a huge part of it, working on that as well. Thank you.

That looks intriguing. My only issue is my membership is at Planet Fitness. That is my only option because of my schedule, I can only work out between 3-5am and they are the only gym in my town open at that time. Is their a "Planet Fitness Version" of Stronglifts?0
