I am from Malaysia. A guy about 50 this year. I used this site previously. Lost about 18 kgs... put it back on. Lost touch with my weight loss pals. Haven't been here for 2 yrs. Hope to make some new friends and start again this journey. Hope u can add me and vice versa.
