Losing weight after cancer

I finally have my body back after cancer, surgery, and radiation. It really put into perspective how much time and opportunity I previously wasted being overweight and unhealthy. Im now 6 months post surgery and 3 momths post radiation. Im ready to take on my goals and live a longer life for my kids.

How did you overcome it? What did you do? My Chemo starts on the 18th. I am dreading it so much. How much weight did you lose after your fight? I am very happy for you, now you can have your life back. Do you have any advise for a fellow cancer victim?0
