I've done some reach in the web but find a lot of conflicting information...I've been taking 100mg twice daily and I have lost weight.

Are any of you using Keytones with success? Are you combining with Caffine? What sort of dosage are you using?

Any insight would be gratefully appreciated.

Save your money. The ketone supplements do nothing.
  • Aww really? Thought it was probably too good to be true...

    Thank you!

Have you also decreased calorie intake? That'd be the true source of your weight loss.

Yea, that and the green coffee bean thing is crap. Reports came out about it a while ago.

So far we haven't found a supplement or OTC drug that helps with weight loss. All they seem to do is lose weight in your wallet.

wow. I have been taking raspberry keytone supplements. The bottle claims it helps to melt fat off..."to increase calorie burning, to promote fat burning ability"... so its all false advertising?

Yup. If losing weight was as simple as purchasing a supplement, then why has Oprah struggled with her weight?

Yes, just like every other 'fat burner' or 'weight loss supplement' on the market. The multi-billion dollar diet industry preys upon desperate people looking for a magic pill and the companies can make just about any claim they want to in their advertising as long as they include the FDA disclaimer in microscopic print somewhere. None of them work.

Go read the threads in the "Success Stories" forum and see how many people there attribute their weight loss to a diet pill or supplement. Hint: the number of them is very close to zero.
  • Guys, thank you so much for clarifying!

I'll keep my money in my purse and give these a miss. I reckon the diet industry makes a fortune out of folks like us!

    Thanks again :)

You reckon correctly. :) All it takes to keep them in business is people who say "It's only 20 dollars, I'll give it a try - what have I got to lose?". And then when it doesn't work, they move on to the next 'magic pill' with the same thought. And the next. And the next. Until they finally realize that they're all scams and the only thing that works is eating less calories than you burn.
