By giving up crisps, chocolate and getting a fitbit and walking a lot more.

Still got a way to go, but I'm still eating chips etc, just snacking as little as possible.

You can do it without denying yourself tasty stuff. Still eat your favourite stuff but cut out your third favourite stuff. ;)
