I've done T25, Insanity Max 30 and am currently doing Hammer and Chisel. My absolute favorite and best results was T25. I really enjoy Shaun T's way of motivating and the workouts are really fun and over before you know it. Through that program I lost 11 lbs and about 12 inches overall. Can't go wrong with it! Good luck with what ever you go with0

I've done turbo jam, currently doing Rockin Body. I love Shaun T. He is so motivating! I've lost 19 inches in the last 2 months. I'm going to get CIZE next month. It looks really fun!0

T25, Insanity Max 30, Insanity. Fellow Shaun T lover here. I could never do Insanity again, not because I couldn't physically do it again, but because of Max 30. After being able to get in an Insanity workout in 30 minutes, I'll never go back to 45-75 minutes. I did T25 first, then Insanity, and then Insanity Max 30. T25 definitely helped prepare me for the insanity that is Insanity.0

Right now I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme and I LOVE that program. Last year I did T25 and liked it, but I feel like I didn't put my all into it so I'd like to do it again eventually. I did two rounds of 21 Day Fix and one round of 21 Day Fix Extreme prior to ChaLEAN Extreme and liked it, but it was nowhere near the level of ChaLEAN Extreme with regard to fitness. I have two more weeks of ChaLEAN, then I'm doing her Lean for Life phase that comes after program completion. Once that's over, I'm going to probably do Insanity or TurboFire to shed a few last vanity pounds for my final weight goal and when that's done I will probably move onto Hammer and Chisel. I can't stand the MLM/Shakeology side of Beachbody, but I really do enjoy their workout programs.0

FitnessBlender on youtube have great workouts for any kind of workout regime, lime HIIT/fat loss/ muscle gain/ etc and I usually go to them for more serious workouts. For a challenging but funner experience, I go to Blogilates. Shes really hyper and talks through the workout and is entertaining while I'm dying during the workout0

Insanity!!! I don't think I'm fit enough yet to do instanity Max so I've done the regular insanity like 3 times over Lol
