A proud new father... and a lard...

Recently, I have become a father to a healthy baby boy. Also, I've recently hit an all time high of 318lbs and I've had enough. I want to be thin and healthy for my son so that I can do anything he wants to do. What I run into is a financial roadblock as far as healthy food goes and with a new kid exercise is really difficult with being tired and just not having too much time to yourself. I have motivation, now I need help with tips and tricks to get this done.

    Congratulations on the baby !
For weight loss, all you need is a calorie deficit. Just eat less then you burn and you'll lose weight. Get yourself a food scale and learn how to weigh out portions. ( its harder then it sounds took me a while to learn how to do it accurately) once you get your scale you'll be ready to go ! You can do this !

New exhausted mom here. Exercise is probably the hardest for me also. What new parent has 45 minutes to themselves a day?! I walk during my lunch break, even in the brisk cold. I'd never get any time in otherwise. Waking up early seems too hard right now, but it's something I should start doing. Re: food. Budget budget budget.
