I am the king of taking off weight, only to gain it all back! Kicking off a healthy lifestyle today with a goal to lose 42 lbs by this summer. Plan on eating clean with a whole foods type diet. Confident I can take it off, but looking for ways to keep it off!

When you get to your goal your biggest challenge is keeping it off. Best thing to do is learn how to eat in moderation. Eat the way you want to eat for the rest of your life.
