Here is a before and after photo I made. After having kids I got lazy and never excerised my weight off and stood at 156-160, After 3 1/2 months I am down to 113 and 3 more to go, I am now skinner than I was in high school, but have a lot of toning to do , my last 3 pounds are taking forever and I've been giving into the chocoalte and need to stop! lol :)

    Well done on your loss you look great as for the chocolate problem there are some great chocolate low carb protien bars out on the market. I find if I want something sweet I'll grab on of them as they give me the chocolate taste with out of sugar/carb, fat and calories.

    I started losing weight (not on MFP) at ~160 lbs. How tall are you? Did it take you 3.5 months to go from your SW all the way to where you are now? :O
