I'm 25 years old weighing 116.. I'd like to lose 20 pounds and get in shape. I never had to diet and exercise before and I am having a very hard time sticking to it! Please help me get motivated and share what worked for you guys. I'm getting married this year and would really like to achieve this goal.

Regardless, I'm just seeking some tips to help me stick to my diet and exercising. I only last a week or so and then mess up. It also doesn't help that my fiancé is not dieting. What helps you guys stay on track?0
