I'm 22. Was very active in high school. Lettered 4 years in varsity power lifting. Me and the gym broke up when I started college. Trying to patch things up. The scale hasn't been the nicest to me either. :/ BUT! That is all going to change today! I would love new friends who can motivate me, share recipes, workouts, the whole shabang!     I used to love the gym in high school. Now it is so much harder to get to. And then there are people there, hogging the equipment. Or watching me...

    Yes! Gyms can be intimidating. That's one of the things I'm struggling with. All the equipment has changed and I don't want to make a fool of myself. But I'm overcoming that. Because at the end of the day, at least I went to the gym and at least I tried.
