Hi!
Does anyone have any insight into what a breastfeeding mamas macros should look like? I'm 29 years old, 5'4", 145 lbs and exclusively breastfeeding my 10 week old. I just got the ok for diet and exercise. Im going to the gym 3-4x a week and will soon be heading back to work, I do 12 hour shifts in an ER. I'm looking to lose 15-20 lbs.
Thanks!

You can put in your stats and then add breastfeeding as a food everyday. This will give you an additional 500 calories. You can drop it to 200-300 calories once baby starts solids or you're not exclusively BF.0

Best to keep macros balanced. 35 percent carbs, 35 % protein, 30% Healthy fats.0
