Have a long way to go and really need some motivation.

I am Tanya. I'm 35, married for 17 years and have 3 children, ages 8 to 17. I have always had a struggle with my weight but after my first child, it has seemed impossible for me to get back in shape. I am at my heavies at this point. I weigh 280 lbs and I am 5'7". I have lost 50 lbs and 25 lbs on different diets, but I just put the weight back on. I really would like to get back down to my pre baby weight of 155 and I am not sure how to get there safely and effectively along with doing it in a productive manner. Any motivation would help. Thank you.
