Are there any members that have either eggs/meat for all 3 meals. If so can you share your typical daily meal plan. Thanks

yep.
I have 2 eggs (or 3 - depends on my meal plan) for meal 1
then I have meat (generally chicken or turkey or tuna or white fish) for meals 2 & 3
then I have red meat or oily fish for meal 4.
If I'm on a 5 meal cycle then it will be leaner meat for meals 2-3-4 then fatter meat for meal 5
usually it will be something like this:
1 - eggs + oats + fruit
2 & 3 - meat + veg + carbs (like rice or sweet potato)
4 - meat + veg + extra fat like butter

Hey Canada...I am on a routine where I'm trying to get a lot more protein, a significant reduction in carbs. I usually eat a couple of eggs with smoked salmon...sometimes bacon w/grain bread toast in mornings. Now I'm eating either pork, turkey breast, or salmon for lunch and then dinner. Have some steaks and occasionally chicken on standby. I don't eat a lot for lunch as I eat the larger breakfast, but then try to eat dinner before 6pm. I usually eat "greens" or cauliflower (oven cooked with spices), and often add onions to the pork /steak. Sometimes I think the old "Atkins diet" would work for me, at least for a period of time. Greens range anywhere from spinach salad to edamame...mixed with a few cranberries / nuts. I'm not being a Spartan, but I keep reading that a higher protein / very low carb will help me lose weight. I'm a weight lifter (3-4 days/wk) and do aerobics 4 days or so per week. Just started this meal change so don't know what will result over say 6 weeks.0

I used to on the Atkins diet. My cholesterol shot up and I had to stop.canadacatman wrote: »Are there any members that have either eggs/meat for all 3 meals. If so can you share your typical daily meal plan. Thanks

@ johnylakis, cutting down on my saturated fat has really helped my cholesterol numbers.
It seems that when you get a little older, it really can "foul" things up.0 -

I used to, but in the interest of reducing saturated fat I am no longer having eggs for breakfast. My other two meals are:
1. Chicken with a starch and a non starchy veg
2. Chicken with a different starch and a different non starchy veg
Until the recipients of my cooking start complaining about chicken all the time, and then I will throw in some fish or red meat. I'm thinking beef stew for Wednesday.0 -
Yes.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, or 1 egg + egg whites, 1 Tbsp pb, 1 banana (recipe called protein pancakes)
Lunch: Lean chicken, either in a salad or sometimes a pita sandwich
Dinner: Lean chicken, turkey or (rarely) beef or pork, plus a bunch of veggies0
