LOVE this process, also - jiggly fat?

First, I just want to say that this is the most in control of my body that I have ever felt and I'm thrilled with how effective CICO is for weight loss. Science, baby!

Anyway -- I'm 1lb away from 10lbs lost (so, 9lbs lost...heh) and noticing that my stomach feels super flimmy-flammy, more dimply looking, etc. I've read that this is a normal process in burning 'hard' fat stores.

Experience?? I don't think I'm heavy enough that loose skin will be an issue.

Thanks, all!

I find that my flubber gets more jiggly periodically as I lose... I've lost almost 70 lbs so far and at some points it's been more jiggly than others. Once you lose what you want, it will likely firm up. Drink a lot of water. That seems to help for me. :)

I'm not sure if (for me) it's hormonal or not, or perhaps a combination of reasons, but I usually experience a whoosh (bigger than expected loss) around once a month, and preceding that whoosh, I usually experience an odd-feeling squishiness for a couple of days. Soon after, things seem to tighten up. Now, when I get that squishy thing happen, I get kind of excited, haha! Great job on your 9 lbs lost so far! (And congrats @RBracken34 for almost 70, that's fantastic!)

Thank you both! It really feels great. I am wanting to lose 30lb total, so I'm about 1/3 way there. This app has been so helpful! Cheers!
