Best Pre-Workout Meal And/Or Routine

If you're getting ready for an intense weight-lifting session e.g. leg day, what is your ideal pre-workout meal/routine? My meal of choice is Chipotle burrito with black beans, chicken, rice, sour cream, cheese, and veggies. Comes out to 113 carbs, 40 fat, and 62 protein (total - 1,040 calories). I eat this 3 hours before lifting and have a cup of black coffee 30 mins before lifting. Helps me perform my best in the gym. Anybody else have other suggestions for fueling a great workout? I've tried pre-workout juices like C4, ACG3, etc. and they work but am worried about long-term side effects so I don't use them anymore.

Every gym day is leg day over here, friend. I like toast and peanut butter with soy milk before I go.
That burrito is like a whole day's worth of calories for me, you lucky fellow.0
