Wondering if anyone is using Apple Cider Vinegar? Have you noticed any benefit? Even if not for just weight loss...have you used for anything else? PH balance etc...Any input would be helpful...am thinking of using it

If you're going to use it you should get the kind with mother in it and dilute it. It helped me with angular chelitis but honestly it tastes terrible even when diluted.0

I use it to sterilize my menstrual cup because we accidentally had too much of it on hand. It doesn't smell that great. I've tried washing my hair with it, can't say it did much besides give me smelly hair. It's noxious to gargle with, for pete's sake find mouthwash. And don't drink it. Why would drinking acetic acid help you? That's just downright silly. Apple cider vinegar is a fad panacea born of the "all-natural" branch of the modern cult of asceticism. By all means, indulge in it if you wish to be miserable but feel virtuous.
This is my opinion as a chemist with extensive background in biochemistry and a rational human being.0 -
I've used Bragg's with the mother for help with weight loss and nausea. It works just have to get pass the horrid tastes and smell. 1 cap full in 8oz water 3 times a day 30 minutes before eating. Make sure to drink water and you can use organic honey and lemon juice to sweet0

I've used it to remove warts, moles and skin tags.0

Braggs in the evening in hot water sweetened with a little raw honey. Also we take the capsules. Hubby has been off of GERD meds since he started. Mine is much better.0

I made a great marinade with it, along with lemon and lime juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. It added a great flavor to my chicken.0

I use it to wash my hair. It's great. It does stink and be careful not to get it in your eyes. But once you hair dries, the smell goes away.0

For my hair for dandruff its an exfoliate and rids of the excess oils in your hair esp. If using a natural shampoo like Alafia black soap or others. I've tried cap fool a while back couldn't hang. But heard about aloe Vera juice and water for skin and hair improvement. To drink and mix with hair regime.0

So tmi but... I have been on antibiotics so many times for bladder infections that they don't work anymore. Acv gets rid of them. Completely. 1shot glass full three times a day if I feel one coming on. Was in the mist of a severe infection the first time I tried it. Docs were amazed when I tested clear. I use it now in food and on salad as a preventative.0
