Been a week, thought I should say hi!

So yeah, hi there. Not sure what to say here really.

But I'm here because I need to gain a little weight for the sake of my health.
I'm 34, trans female and last year I tried to gain weight but had no real plan to it! I actually lost weight instead. So this year I decided I needed a strategy. So I joined a Facebook group, learned what my calorie intake should be and downloaded the app to help monitor my calories. Because of depression my motivation takes a little kick to get going, so I've roped my Mum into helping with the shopping.

Happy to make new friends and receive criticism on my first week!

Anything else you want to know, just ask.

    Welcome! Hope you get your calorie intake sorted out.

    Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong--trying to lose and end up gaining instead (lots of stress the past year). Maybe if I try and gain, I'll lose! I can't believe I just wrote that. lol

    Maybe ur in a surplus instead of a deficit? That would be the only logical reason I could think of why you are gaining weight.
