On my way to ONEderland again...

I'm 5'4 and currently 236 as of this am.... I'm trying to get out of the 200's this year. I keep getting close, but stalling out and giving up

I need support and motivation to keep this fun and help me stay on track

    I hit onderland about a year ago, but I am finding it is getting harder and harder. I am currently 190, my lowest was 179. My ultimate goal is 170-175 (because I am the type that can flucuate 5 pounds in a day!). You can do it! So 37 pounds, right? Well, that's less than a pound a day in one year. YOU CAN DO THIS! I have 20 to do, so let's do it!

    You have a very doable and realistic time frame. Starting your weight with a "1" is a big goal - worthy of a good effort. Do you have your daily calorie and exercise targets for a half pound a week loss?
