Dieting will work with out exercise?

I'm not exercising at all however I'm doing a healthy diet.

If you are asking can you lose weight without exercise the answer is yes. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.
Fitness comes from exercise and has a lot of benefits for your health. Consider adding some exercise that you enjoy. Even walking for short times will be beneficial.0 -
Yes of course you will lose weight. But I noticed if I exercise daily while losing weight I don't seem to gain weight as easily on days I may have cheated. Plus exercise makes you feel wonderful.0

Healthy diet and being the correct weight are huge parts of a healthy lifestyle - but exercise is also important.
If your goal is purely weight loss then of course exercise isn't a requirement. But hopefully you are aiming higher than that.0
