HI All - I'm "40-ish" and getting in shape!

HI all, I'm "40-ish" and really trying to get back into shape. I eat well, but really hate to exercise! The only thing I do thats great for me is I started using "LifeMatters" products and I feel great, and its really healping me get back on track! Anyone else good at eating, but bad at exercise??

    I guess I am more of a faithful exerciser and a bad eater. That is why my fitness pal has helped me. I like working on my nutritional and calorie goals, I work to get them in the 80-100% range, then I can eat what ever I want of long as I stay withing my calorie goals. So far it has been working good and I am learning. I have been using some meal replacement drinks like RAW Meal by Garden of Life but all and all having fun with the lifestyle changes.

    I can be a bad eater, however since I have been using the 21-Day Fix portion cups my eating habits are outstanding. As for exercising it's also hard for me, but I force myself to workout and once I get started its easy.
    I have been using an elliptical on a daily basis in front of my TV and it works out great.

    Thank you for the reach out it help to know others struggle just the same . Makes it easier to make the changes when you know others are too
