Back on plan. Sounds weird but I've been freezing cold since restarting! I can't get warm no matter how many layers or how high the heating is up! Any ideas? Just a coinsidence? ?

When I eat under maintenance during cold months, I get cold more often. Last winter I ate at maintenance and was not as cold as the previous winter when I weighed more but was eating less (to lose.)0

You could probably do to eat a bit more calories, as your body is spending cals to warm you up and may not be able to do that efficiently on your calorie intake.0

I'm always cold in a deficit. No amount of blankets works, I have to get an outside source of heat. Like a person or a heating pad.0

I'm the same... Especially about an hour after exercise, even having eaten. Have to jump in the bath to warm up.0

First year I am cold no matter what I do. Maybe it's less body fat. But, go to your doctor to make sure it's not an iron or b12 deficiency.0
