Help me loose 40 pounds

im trying to loose 40 pounds. About a year ago I broke my leg, since then I gained 20 pounds. Would love new friends that will help me reach my goal.

    Hi friend me, I want to lose approx 70lbs. I struggle to exercise due to fibromyalgia and arthritis, so big diet changes for me.

    I'm in the same boat, I want to loose 30 lbs.
    So far I have been logging my food intake (started again this week) and that helps me keep my portions under control. When I don't log my food, well that is when I get in trouble. Hope that helps and Feel free to add me.

    I am new to MFP even though my boss told me about it a year ago- 2016 is the Year I am pushing to lose 50- I am down 9 since December and well on my way- Fitbit and Diet right now are my staples but hoping to add my movement as I go- I commute over 2 hours in my day so getting exercise in is a challenge-

    Wow what a great bunch of people, if you guys dont mind, I will invite you all as friends! 60+ to lose.... started yesterday! I bought this gorgeous smartband from Razer and it is a true stimulation of taking a few more steps a day and increase on activities. Wish all of you lots of luck!
