Anyone heard of crossfit? It's hard to find/record the calories lost during each session of crossfit I go to. HELP! can anyone give me tips on how to estimate the calories burned.

A HRM would be the best way to calculate your calories burned.

LOVE It! If you're on Facebook sign up for their page & they send you a workout everyday! It's helped get me where I am!

I might have to try it and use an HRM. I've been going to crossfit for 4 months. No exercise day is ever the same. That's why it's so hard to estimate the calories burned... especially when we do something absurd like 150 kettlebell swings combined with something even more absurd like overhead squats with weight.

so did we have to figure out? lol.
  • I do crossfit. I wear a heart rate monitor to figure my calories and then I'll modify my workout accordingly when I enter it.
