Hey everyone! I am looking for some girls to chat with and motivate one another that have around the same goals as myself....
I am 220 and looking to lose 90-100lbs...
I am looking for healthy tips, to break my binge eating.... etc..

I don't know if this helps but I was 250, now I'm 150 and struggling to power through these last 30 pounds (I'm only 5'4", so I should be closer to 120) - I could def use support.0

I'm in a similar situation. Started at 252 before MFP, down to 233, main goal is 175 and anything beyond that is icing on the cake...my healthiest body/build/weight was 150 two decades ago. That would be amazing to reach again. I'm adding you.

Me too! Starting at 212, would like 115-120 (I'm 5'4 and small boned) but would be content with anything under 135. Also, I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue and am curious if anyone else has similar issues to contend with. Thanks for starting this!0

Dropping by to (hopefully!) encourage you... I lost 275 pounds, going from 410 pounds to 135 pounds in just about 3 years! Lost the first 100 pounds in my first 7 months and the NEXT 175 pounds over the following 2+ years! ☺️
Clear out ALL trigger foods and commit to having ONLY healthy foods in your home and work space. Plan ahead... that old saying, 'If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!' is true!! So don't get caught without healthy meals planned, healthy snacks available, adequate 'down' time for rest, prepping foods, looking online at menus before heading to eat out, etc...
And remember, if you make bad choices it does NOT mean you can't do this... that you'll "never change"... Blah-blah-blah!! You CAN and you WILL *if* you want it badly enough!!

Same as everyone else......sitting around 210 now......need to be 150 for my job.......had been to 205.....got sick.....ate everything in sight when I started feeling better.....lost half of my gains (started at 215 when I came back on here)...

Same boat here. Was my heaviest at 229. I am at 219 now. Goal of around 140-150. I have no problem losing, have a hard time not gaining it back.
