I was just wondering because I'm 4'11".... It seems whenever I gain weight, it always shows more on me than people who are say 5'5" or taller...

    5"1. Fiancé is 6"3 lol! Try why is it vie lost so much but haven't gone down a pants size? Any problems there for others?

    5'2" (sometimes..) a 10 lb weight gain on us tends to look like lot vs. someone who is taller. Which I'm hoping works the same for weight loss!

    5'3" finally. (I grew an inch in college. Yay!) Yes, weight definitely shows more on short people. My twin sister is somehow 5'4" and even though we weight the same, she always looks smaller than me. And is it just me, or does that extra weight also seem to be around our tummies?

    5'1/2''. Yes, that 1/2" totally counts! Married to a 6'4" man : )

    Weight is a really big deal on us "less tall" ladies. People are like "Oh you ONLY weigh 130? What's YOUR problem?" I think that's probably like someone of average height weighing more like 170.

    Could be, but I just saw a post about vanity sizing clothes..search it on here. Sizes aren't correlated with a specific measurement anymore; it's a range of several inches.

    LOL...I just realized that I probably put this in the wrong section of the forums, so if anyone wants to move it, feel free to do so:)

    Anyway..I'm used to being short but I just wish I had a fast metabolism to go along with it. My sil is the same height as I am, she eats junk, doesn't work out and weighs maybe 100 lbs. ugh..so not fair!

    4'11 here also! It is so hard to lose weight especially when your short, you have to eat so little.
